DLS Design created the branding for Two Roads Leadership Project, a nonprofit offering training to college students needing to learn about risky behaviors such as reckless driving, alcohol abuse and gender-based misconduct. The logo represents a split of one path into two, symbolizing behavior choices that might lead to different outcomes. We asked ourselves if the split should be at the top, with the stem at the bottom. But this resembled the letter Y, which might be confusing, given that Y is not part of the organization’s name or initials.
Two Roads was started by an attorney with a background in sexual harassment and related litigation, whose website and branding DLS created several years ago. See also our work on the Two Roads Leadership Project website.
